Paddle combines equal parts Guatemala Jabiru and Mexico Ki-Saya for a mellow medium roast with citrus and nutty notes. Both coffees come to us through Covoya.
From Huehuetenango to Chiapas
The Jabiru comes from smallholder farmers around Unión Cantinil in Huehuetenango, where Covoya selects and combines their coffees locally. Its buying stations help reduce the transportation costs farmers face when selling their harvests.
The Mexican half is the same Ki-Saya we use for Dead Drift, grown on women-owned farms in Chiapas. It comes through Covoya’s Café Delas program, which supports women producers with an added premium, training, and education.
