Ascent is our dark roast blend of Peru and Brazil, with notes of almond, blackberry, and dark chocolate. We pair washed organic Kovachii with naturally processed Dolce for its sweetness and full body.

About the coffees

The Kovachii comes through Covoya from smallholder farmers in Cajamarca, northern Peru, who process and dry their coffee on their own farms.

For the Brazilian part of the blend, we use Dolce from Ocafi’s farms and producing partners in Mogiana. Its natural process and sweet profile make it a good partner for the washed Peruvian coffee.
